Ringside Report: Tiah-Mai Ayton Stops Stevi Levy in Four Rounds

Tiah-Mai Ayton demonstrated a little more of her star quality on Saturday night when she stopped the incredibly tough Stevi Levy in four rounds on Saturday night in Wolverhampton live on DAZN.

Levy never went down, and was stopped on her feet after being rescued by her corner. It was the correct decision.

Ayton improved her resume to 6-0, and the 19-year-old is a looking like a fighter who will reach the very top in her sport. All the plaudits that have come her way since she turned professional in 2025, do not look misguided.

Levy had never been stopped before, and yet again showed her toughness. Ayton moved up to featherweight after a tough weight cut last time out, and the extra weight was no detriment to her. The extra pounds have only improved her. She looked strong and heavy-handed, and will be incredibly difficult to beat. Even now, British titles and more do not look out of reach.

Ayton picked her shots well, stayed in the pocket when she had to, and after a somewhat flat performance last time out, the Bristol fighter will go home feeling pleased with her performance.

As ever, Levy was brave and soaked up plenty of heavy shots. She was aggressive and came to win, but Ayton used that aggression against her. Just before the ending, Ayton was starting to unload on her opponent. Levy was taking too much. The finish was well-timed.

Time will tell us just how far Tiah-Mai Ayton will go. It might be a case of how many world titles she will win. We shouldn’t get too excited. Ayton is only six fights in. But all that talk of a future superstar doesn’t look out of place.
