BELLATOR DUBLIN: GALLAGHER VS. ELLENOR UPDATED FIGHT CARD

With just two months to go now until Bellator MMA makes its highly anticipated return to Dublin on Saturday, February 22 at the 3Arena, the fight card, which is stacked with homegrown and international talent, is once again shaping up to be an unforgettable night of MMA action.

Bellator Dublin: Gallagher vs Ellenor will be the first Bellator European Series event of 2020 and will feature Irish superstar James Gallagher (10-1) who will be looking to remain unbeaten on home soil against Cal Ellenor (8-2) in a bantamweight main event. The rivalry between the two fighters intensified last week when they came face to face at a press conference in Dublin with the pair exchanging heated words. The back and forth continued as they squared off, with both fighters promising to deliver knockout performances when they meet inside the cage. Expect fireworks as soon as the bell rings in this blockbuster main event.

Also featuring on the main card is an intriguing welterweight bout between Aaron Chalmers (5-1) and American Austin Clem (3-1), a lightweight bout between SBG fighter Peter Queally (12-5-1) and former champion Brent Primus (9-1) – where a win for either fighter will move them a step closer to a shot at the lightweight belt – and Sweden’s Oliver Enkamp (8-2) goes up against Wales’ Lewis Long (17-5) in an exciting welterweight matchup.

Elsewhere on the main card, SBG fighter Kiefer Crosbie (7-1) returns to the cage fresh from signing a new fight deal with the promotion when he comes up against American Hugh Pulley (8-4) in a 160-lb catchweight bout and Leah McCourt (3-1) will look to make it three wins in a row inside the Bellator cage when she meets Germany’s Judith Ruis (6-4) in a women’s featherweight bout.

The event will also feature a number of marquee preliminary bouts including an explosive lightweight bout between Team Ryano’s Paul Redmond (15-8) and hard hitting Ryan Scope (11-3) and Will Fleury (6-2) goes up against Justin Moore (9-4) in an Anglo-Irish middleweight clash, Richie Smullen (5-1-1) faces Ranjeet Baria (3-1) at featherweight and Ireland’s Danni Neilan (1-0) faces fellow women’s strawweight Chiara Penco (4-1) of Italy.

With another sell-out crowd expected on the night, Bellator Dublin: Gallagher vs. Ellenor promises to deliver another electric atmosphere inside the 3Arena.

Tickets for Bellator Dublin: Gallagher vs. Ellenor are on sale now through Ticketmaster.ie and Bellator.com, as well as the 3Arena box office.
