Timlin Meets Skelly For The Commonwealth Crown
In a clash of unbeaten fighters, Amy Timlin will meet Carly Skelly on October 2nd in a behind closed doors show for the vacant Commonwealth super-bantamweight title.
Timlin, unbeaten in 4 fights last boxed in December. Timlin recently signed a management contract with Dave Coldwell, and was recently linked with a fight with Shannon Courtenay, before her loss to Rachel Ball in Eddie Hearn’s Fight Camp.
Skelly (3-0) another product from the fighting city of Liverpool, boxed earlier this year against Claudia Ferenczi, emerging the winner on points against her vastly more experienced opponent.
Ironically, Timlin also had her last fight against Ferenczi, prevailing on points.
Both will look to build on their unbeaten starts in the most important fights of their careers so far.
