TJ Dillashaw Suspended For Two Years By USADA

USADA have today suspended TJ Dillashaw for two years following a failed drug test prior to his losing challenge for Henry Cejudo’s UFC flyweight title in January.

The former bantamweight champion tested positive for EPO and it is worth noting that Dillashaw did not contest the suspension.

Dillashaw relinquished his UFC bantamweight title as soon as the failed test came to light but will now have to sit out the next two years before he can step back into the Octagon. Dillashaw will be 35 when he is eligible to compete again.

Cejudo stopped Dillashaw inside a round, but prior to that Dillashaw had twice beaten his arch rival Cody Garbrandt in UFC bantamweight title fights.
