Heavyweight David Price has withdrawn from the MTK Global show at Belfast’s Titanic Exhibition Centre on October 5.

The towering Liverpudlian had been due to face Sean Turner as part of an impressive bill headlined by Tyrone McCullagh’s WBO European title clash with Josh Kennedy.

Former British and Commonwealth champion Price (22-5-KO18) was last in action at Wembley in March – wobbling former world champion Alexander Povetkin before being stopped in a show-stealing thriller.
