Brave CF makes it’s European debut in Belfast

Brave Combat Federation makes it’s first appearance inside an MMA cage in Europe this Saturday night 9th June at the SSE Arena Belfast, Northern Ireland.
Brave CF 13: Europe Evolution event marks the entry of the Bahrain based global promotion to Europe and one that could be a gateway to future events held within Europe. A total of 28 fighters will represent 15 nations in the fight card and will feature multiple fighters from SBG Ireland, headed by Coach John Kavanagh.
The main event features Brave CF Bantamweight champion Stephen ‘The Sniper’ Loman (9-2) who defends his title against SBG Ireland’s Frans Mlambo (5-2). The bout is a rematch between the prospect from SBG Ireland and the champion from Asia’s top fight team, Team Lakay.
Both men faced each other in September 2016, current champion Loman defeated Mlambo via unamious decision in a very close fought contest.

The co-main event of the evening features former UFC lightweight contender and Northern Ireland’s own ‘Stormin’ Norman Parke (24-6-1). He faces Myles ‘Magic’ Price (10-6) who is coming off a big win at BAMMA 35 Dublin after a 2 year layoff from the sport. This bout is also a rematch reviving their age old rivalry where Parke came out victorious by submission via a guillotine choke in 2010.
Other exciting bouts on the card include Belfast’s own Decky ‘The Diamond’ Dalton (7-3) who has fought with BAMMA and Cage Warriors but hasn’t fought since his win over Mick Brennan at BAMMA 30 in July 2017 due to injury. He faces Hawaiian Zach Zane (7-6) which should allow The Diamond to get back in the win column in the Featherweight division.
Northern Irish veteran fighter Andy ‘Taz’ Young faces Englishman Bryan ‘The Big Bad Wolf’ Creighton in the Flyweight division.
Also on the card is SBG Ireland’s own prospect Cian ‘The Warrior’ Cowley who makes his second professional ring walk against Daniel Olejniczak in what should be a Welterweight war.
Eir Sport will broadcast the main card of Brave CF:13 live from Belfast this Saturday night.
