Paddy “The Baddy” Pimblett Gets His Chance
On 1st September Paddy Pimblett (14-2) gets his chance to become a two weight Cage Warriors world champion when he meets Denmark’s Soren Bak (11-1) for the vacant lightweight title.
The title is vacant because the previous champion Chris Fishgold became the latest fighter from the Cage Warriors roster to sign with the UFC.
The Echo Arena in Pimblett’s home town of Liverpool will play host to the event, and with Pimblett on the card it will guarantee some atmosphere.
Pimblett the former Cage Warriors featherweight champion is coming off a win at CW90 again in Liverpool, while Sak is coming off a big win over Alexander Jacobsen last time out.
