Rising British Stars:
By Bryan Connolly
Boxing globally is getting more exciting with every show that passes, and in Britain the depth of fighters and athletes coming through has never been so great. Growing up in the late 80s and 90s, the spectators was in awe of some great champions but the competition wasn’t always there.
Following the progress made in 2016 and 2017, 2018 will grow the sport of boxing and put on many shows for the fans to love. The range of boxers we have in each weight division will only make us, as a nation together stronger.
I have broken the boxers into weight categories, and are the ones that currently have a great present but a very bright future within the sport. All of these with the different world bodies could become a world champion of some sort.
